***Disclaimer*** the $75.00 fee is sample collection for testing. We do not control the cost of MD visit nor laboratory charge for testing the sample collected. We do not control the testing turn around times for results from laboratory. Our role is to provide sample collection in home or in our office as alternative if medical provider not providing testing in office and to deliver sample safely and properly contained.
